Every batch of cells we receive are thoroughly inspected with all cells checked for internal resistance and multiple cells being individually cycle and capacity tested. Each cell sold will come with batch test data showing the discharge curve and tested capacity from that batch. Should you wish we can individually test your cells however due to the time and energy required this comes at a cost of $5 per cell. For this service please add the "cell testing" product to your cart in the quantity of cells you are purchasing.
If purchasing multiple cells we can top-balance these for you so that they are ready to be combined as a battery. Please add the "top-balancing" product to your cart if you wish for us to do this.
Pickup is welcome in Adelaide where you can also see the discharge test in process if desired.
*Note - According to the manufacturer due to the high energy density of these cells a small amount of cell "bloating" is considered normal hence it is recommended to gently compress the cells / ensure they are secured when installed. Having sourced many different cells in this size and capacity this is a common trait across manufacturers in cells of this dimension above 280AH. Lishen 272AH cells do not exhibit this characteristic however and should be considered if you are uncomfortable with cells displaying a slightly convex exterior appearance.
